Faith-Based Counseling Disclaimer

Mental Health Ministries (“MHM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides faith-based encouragement, education, and spiritual support rooted in Christian principles. Our services and resources are designed to support personal growth, resilience, and spiritual wellbeing.
1. Not Professional or Clinical Counseling
Mental Health Ministries does not provide:
Licensed mental health counseling
Psychological therapy
Psychiatric treatment
Medical diagnosis or care
Any guidance, conversations, classes, prayer, mentoring, or support offered through MHM are faith-based and educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal services.
2. No Counselor-Client Relationship
Participation in MHM programs, classes, conversations, prayer sessions, or communications does not create:
A therapist-patient relationship
A counselor-client relationship
A doctor-patient relationship
MHM staff, volunteers, facilitators, and ministry partners may share biblical insight, encouragement, and personal experience but do not function as licensed clinicians unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Encouragement to Seek Professional Help
Mental Health Ministries encourages individuals to seek help from licensed mental health professionals, healthcare providers, or emergency services when appropriate.
