Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Mental Health Ministries (“MHM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values transparency, stewardship, and respect for all participants, donors, and supporters. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for events, classes, programs, donations, and purchases made through mentalhealthministries.life.
1. Participant Cancellations for Events and Classes
For in-person events and classes, cancellation requests must be submitted at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of Mental Health Ministries, depending on costs already incurred. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the event are not guaranteed any refund or credit.
For online classes and virtual events, cancellation requests must be made before access to digital content or class materials is granted. Once access has been provided, cancellations are non-refundable. Any technical issues should be reported promptly so assistance can be provided.
2. Cancellations by Mental Health Ministries
Mental Health Ministries reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, classes, or programs due to low enrollment, weather or facility issues, instructor or volunteer availability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled by MHM, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, and a full refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be offered when applicable.
3. Donations
All donations to Mental Health Ministries are voluntary and non-cancelable once submitted. If a donation was made in error, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate charge, you must contact us within seven days of the transaction for review.
4. Merchandise Orders
Merchandise orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us promptly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Donation, Refund, and Return Policy. Custom or program-sponsored items are not eligible for cancellation.
5. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, downloadable resources, and online materials are non-cancelable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend an event or class without prior cancellation does not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
7. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us with your full name, the event, class, or order name, the date of registration or purchase, and the reason for cancellation if you choose to provide one.
