50 Good Mental Health Habits
Good mental health doesn’t happen by accident, it takes awareness and effort. Mentally healthy people make small, daily choices that contribute to their improved mental health. Making some of the choices below won’t guarantee that you will never experience anxiety or depression symptoms, but these kinds of choices made before, during or after a period of mental unrest can make a significant impact on your quality of life. Don’t try to implement all of these at once as it could be too overwhelming. Choose one or two that you want to start with and begin with those. Once those are a part of your normal routine, then start working on another one and so on and so on for as many as you would like.
